By accessing this website, joining the Private List, submitting items for consignment, attending a release, or otherwise engaging with The Private House Collection, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Nature of The Private House Collection

The Private House Collection operates as a private designer consignment house.

We present and facilitate the sale of authenticated designer handbags and accessories on behalf of individual owners.

The Private House Collection is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with any designer brands presented.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational and submission purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

All content, branding, text and imagery are the property of The Private House Collection and may not be reproduced without permission.

Private List and Communications

By joining the Private List, you agree to receive communications relating to:

• Release announcements
• Reservation access
• Seller submission invitations
• Relevant business updates

You may request removal from communications at any time.

Event Attendance

Attendance at Private Releases is limited and requires advance reservation.

The Private House Collection reserves the right to:

• Limit attendance
• Refuse entry where necessary
• Modify event details if required

Reservations may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Purchases

Items presented by The Private House Collection are sold on consignment.

All sales are final.

Due to the consignment nature of items, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Guests are responsible for reviewing items prior to acquisition.

Authentication

Each item is reviewed prior to acceptance.

Where required, independent authentication services may be used.

Authentication represents professional assessment and reasonable due diligence.

Consignment Services

Consignors enter into a separate Seller Agreement governing consignment, pricing, commission and payment.

The Private House Collection is authorised to present and facilitate the sale of approved items on behalf of consignors.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed via secure third-party payment providers.

The Private House Collection does not store full card details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Private House Collection is not liable for:

• Loss arising from website use
• Loss arising from attendance at a release
• Loss arising from purchase or acquisition of consigned items

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
