Only items meeting House standards for authenticity, quality and condition are accepted into the release.
Authentication
Every piece is reviewed prior to acceptance.
Where proof of purchase or supporting documentation is available, it is verified.
Where required, independent authentication may be arranged prior to presentation.
Condition
Pieces accepted into the House are expected to reflect the quality appropriate for a private release.
Items should be excellent or well maintained, with wear consistent with careful ownership.
Acceptance remains selective and every piece is reviewed individually.
Presentation & Pricing
Each accepted piece is prepared and presented by the House with consideration given to presentation, documentation and overall experience.
Pieces are individually presented and handled exclusively by members of the House throughout the release.

Pricing guidance is provided in consultation with the seller, with consideration given to:

- Condition
- Desirability
Final pricing is confirmed prior to presentation.

Each monthly release presents a carefully curated selection of pieces within an intentionally intimate environment.
Attendance remains intentionally limited allowing every piece to receive the time, attention and consideration it deserves.
Payment Integrity
Seller proceeds are transferred via secure bank transfer within 48 hours of confirmed sale.
Transactions are documented and managed by the House to preserve clarity, trust and confidence.
